Factbook Quiz for Windows Phone 7
Based on the CIA World Factbook, this free app contains reference information for every country in the world and several quiz modes to test your knowledge of capitals and flags. The app lets you browse a list of countries by name or region and view details about each country.
The detailed information includes the background story of the nation and its flag, statistics on the country's geography, people and economy, and comparison information ranking this country with all the nations of the world on over 35 key statistics.
The side by side comparison feature lets you build a table to compare the countries with each other. You can select from over 35 statistics to compare. Tap a country to pin it to the top of the screen while you scroll through the list. Tap a column header to sort on that statistic.
Finally done studying over 240 countries, capitals, and flags? Then take a quiz! Quiz mode tests your ability to match a capital city to its country, a flag to its country, or the other way around.
